A thorough consultation process must be undertaken in regards to the community which will be the local residents of Wandsworth who live and work around the site/grounds of which the 30 mixed used development center will be built on. As the local residents they should be clearly informed of the client’s intentions and impact it will have what implications may occur and how will it be resolved.
